We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, email us at support.offpulse@gmail.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in fulfillment.
